Payment, Donation, and Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS: There will be NO REFUNDS for any reason. Your payment constitutes a donation to The Eight at Tool, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
The Eight at Tool, Inc. is a separate nonprofit entity contracted with the City of Tool to provide events at The Eight at Tool Park. The Eight at Tool, Inc. does not own the park. All vendors, patrons, and guests must comply with all laws, ordinances, park rules, and regulations of the City of Tool.
Non-Discrimination Statement
Non-Discrimination Policy: The Eight at Tool, Inc. does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, age, or any other protected class. The Eight at Tool, Inc. reserves the right to reject any application for other lawful reasons, including duplication of products or vendor safety concerns.
Vendor Rules & Requirements
1. The Eight at Tool, Inc. reserves the right to reject any application for vendor space.
2.Vendors are solely responsible for paying and reporting sales tax. You must list “City of Tool” on your tax report.
3.Food vendors must obtain all required permits to serve or sell food.
4.All business must be conducted within your assigned booth space.
5.Vendor setup shall be completed 30 minutes before the start of the event.
6.No smoking, alcoholic beverages, or pets are permitted in or around vendor booths.
7.Returned checks will incur a $35 NSF fee.
8.Booth structures must be safe and may not create hazards. Walkways must remain clear at all times.
9. Vendors must park at the back of the park.
10.The Eight at Tool, Inc. is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or damage.
11.This is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event — no refunds for any reason.
12.Booth assignments will be emailed by 5:00 p.m. on the Friday before the event.
13.No cords or hoses may cross sidewalks or trails.
14.Electricity is limited and available for an additional $25.
15.Vendors are responsible for disposing of their own trash.
16.All products must be appropriate for family-friendly viewing.
17.Vendors agree to share the event at least once on their Facebook page or website.
18.The Eight at Tool, Inc. may decline a vendor to prevent duplication of products.
